Access 2 - Parts of a computer system-assessment.Keeping your computer happy (PPT) (PPT) (PPT)

The first pp presentation details the main parts of a computer system including INPUT, OUTPUT and STORAGE devices. The language is deliberately basic given the target student group. The second pp presentation is an assessment for the first part of outcome 1(a) and use a DRAG and DROP assessment format. The third pp presentation is a work in progress and examines the basic H&S issues affecting computer use.

Health and Safety quiz (PPT)

This is a set of slides in PowerPoint which consists photos and simple multiple choice questions. There are hotspots and links to other side throughout. Theres also one link to a BBC website. The student user should be able to follow the simple instructions and should only get through all 11 questions if they get the previous ones right. The photos are of real people, notices and signs.
