As part of eMerge: a programme of E-learning staff development for Scotland's colleges, funded by the SFEFC, the RSC worked with colleges in the South & West of Scotland on a range of projects. The RSC adopted the approach to develop project-based training, which both consolidated new skills acquired as well as leading to the production of content which can be shared with the sector. The project-based approach reflects the needs of individual staff and colleges and was aimed at supporting the development of the e-learning capacity within the sector.
