The outputs from this Training Needs Analysis will be used only by College HR Section to assess staff training needs, and provide appropriate training to meet those identified needs.
Reports on training needs by staff group will be produced to assist with planning of training events, but all inputs by individual members of staff will be anonymised.
Data extracted by the analysis will only be available to the College HR Section and JISC Regional Support Centre staff involved in providing this survey and analysing its responses.
