Training Transfer Strategy

With the shift in focus in Round 3 to accommodate strategic needs, the RSC will assist colleges in planning and implementing eSkills within their own institution if appropriate. The first step in moving towards this has been the development of a 'training transfer strategy'. To this end RSC staff have further developed the 'eSkills' materials to include a comprehensive tutor pack with a set of implementation guidelines. Mindful of past initiatives, the staff at the RSC recognise how a practical implementation model and comprehensive support arrangements are critical to the success of a new programme. The Implementation guidelines and RSC support available to supported institutions is outlined in the following sections.
RSC staff are happy to assist in any way to explain the programme to other college staff if appropriate.
